• Electricity and heating are included in the rent
• Local tourist tax payable locally at € 1.30 per person/ day
• Deposit € 1,000 payable on site
• Rental starts from 5 pm on the day of arrival
• Rental ends at 9.00 am on the day of departure
• Final cleaning charge of € 300 (not included in the rental price)
• Bed linen is included in the price
• Towels and bathrobes are included in the price
• Premium-quality toiletries are included in the price
• Firewood is included in the price
• Use of Wellness facilities and outdoor jacuzzi are included in the price
• Select wine cabinet (surcharge applies)
• Pets: one dog on request, 120 € per week
• Cot available free of charge (advance reservation required)
• High-chair available free of charge (advance reservation required)
• Private parking free of charge at the property (for around 2 vehicles)
